All Beck Brow Alpaca products are labelled and wrapped with the same care that has been taken in their creation. Throws and Scarves are wrapped in our own tissue paper and are then gift boxed and tied with string or raffia, with a gift label attached. We like to feel that our presentation reflects the individuality of our products and as such gives a very personal touch.

Postage will be by recorded delivery and items will be posted within 3 working days (usually less). Should you wish next day delivery please email barbara@beckbrowalpacas.co.uk or call 01768896105. We must be informed of any items lost in transit within 10 days please (so that we can make a claim). Free postage for orders over £50 applies to UK mainland only. For postage outside mainland UK please contact for pricing.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days from delivery.
