A Supreme Spring Show Season For Beck Brow

Spring 2025 saw the start of a new era for the Beck Brow herd, who are now under the ownership of George Morgan (co-owner of Usk Valley Alpacas). The herd has now officially been renamed as Beck Brow Alpacas of Wales and resides in the beautiful valleys of Monmouthshire. The breeding goals will remain the same, which is to breed top-quality alpacas in both the Huacaya and Suri breeds. Of course, proving the success of your breeding goals in the show ring is always something we aim for. George reports on the accolades achieved at the first two shows of the season for him and Beck Brow Alpacas of Wales.

Where do I start?!

The most amazing start possible. Beck Brow Centre Stage takes Supreme Champion in the Halter and Fleece at the BAS National Show!

A huge thankyou to Barbara, Paul and Craig for all of their hard work preparing the show team, and keeping everything running smoothly over the weekend!

Thankyou to Roger Clarke for judging the fleece show, and Molly Gardner and Peter Kennedy-Gane for their quality judging and oral reasoning throughout the weekend.

Beck Brow took home a number of championships and numerous trophies! (Some pictured below!) Congratulations to Bozedown Alpacas for taking Supreme Suri in the fleece and halter!

Congratulations to all exhibitors who also took home sashes. It was fun getting hands-on with some beautiful fleeces.

I feel very privileged to have taken on the Beck Brow herd, we’ll go again soon!
